As a valued client, upholding your security and privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Consequently, Serve U Cash has employed various security measures in order to maintain the integrity of your personal information.
Electronic Security
To ensure your personal information stays confidential and does not fall into the wrong hands, Serve U Cash has implemented various electronic security measures. Serve U Cash utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit technology which secures that all private information provided by the borrower in the application, when submitted, is secure and will not be accessible by anyone other than Serve U Cash. Furthermore, once the borrower is approved for their cash advance, Serve U Cash provides them with a unique username and password. Since only the borrower will have the username and password, only they will be able to view their personal information, thus, keeping their information secure and confidential.
Physical Security
In conjunction with electronic security measures, Serve U Cash also employs physical security measures to further ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the borrower’s information. In some cases, Serve U Cash will maintain hardcopies of the borrower’s information for reference purposes, which will be used to better fulfill the borrower’s needs. However, these hardcopies will be kept under the strictest of conditions, often under lock and key. Moreover, when the information is no longer needed, it can be destroyed at the request of the borrower to further ensure their security. In addition to this measure, Serve U Cash also restricts access to a borrower’s personal information to only the customer service agents that Serve U Cash deems necessary.
Current and Past borrower’s information
As part of Serve U Cash's Privacy and Security policy, personal information pertaining to past and current borrower’s will never be released to any third party. At the request of the borrower, their information can be destroyed upon maturation of their loan as per the loan agreement. However, when mandated to do by law enforcement, Serve U Cash will be obliged to cooperate.
